Innovation through Improved Service & Design

A series of 3 workshops aiming at introducing Design to manufacturing SMEs with a particular focus on the role of Service Thinking and Service Design for Innovation.

The project is part of Innovation for Growth (IFG) programme in the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development (IEED) of Lancaster Management School; this programme offers advice and support to embed innovation within the business and management processes and practices of regional SMEs. Imagination aims at introducing Design within this large programme with a particular focus on the role of Service Thinking and Service Design for Innovation.

We are collaborating with design agencies Engine and The Hub.

Innovation by Service Design is co-funded by the Design Council Grant
