I am a researcher and PhD candidate at the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Digital Innovation (“HighWire”) at Lancaster University. I am interested in urbanism, in particular citizen-led collaboration networks enabled through digital technology. I am exploring literature on open data and visualization, distributed cognition and the notion of crowd sourcing in the context of urban design.

I hold a first class Bachelors degree in Business Administration and worked in several roles in the Aviation industry prior to joining HighWire. Previously I worked in a business development role, in which I developed an interest in strategy making, which still influences my research interests. I have considerable international experience from work assignments in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and study placements in Iowa City, USA.
